wildflower
This is not the flower that grows in the bush. This is the verb to wildflower, which is to be in a relationship in which there are no rules, no commitment, no expectations. The bond between the two people involved is allowed to develop unfettered by such constraints. It is like a wildflower growing as it wills, as love dictates. It is totally liberated!
Where have I heard all this before? When couples wildflower, it usually means that one, in the name of love, while professing an exhilarating opposition to social conventions, is avoiding all responsibility towards the other and most probably leading them down the garden path. Or am I just a grumpy DTR (define the relationship) person?
