Now that we have access to medicinal cannabis, there are jobs in the cannabis market here.  The budtender (blend of bud and bartender) is the person who deals with customers and advises them on what to buy for their particular treatment.  But behind the budtender there are the jobs involved in the production of cannabis.  The bud trimmer is the person who cuts the buds off the marijuana plants. This is a delicate operation. There are various devices and machines for doing this but they have the reputation for carrying off half the plant with the buds or bruising the buds as they harvest them which affects the quality of the final medication.  The person who runs the whole cannabis farm is the grow master, responsible for the quality of the crop and for developing new strains of cannabis.
