This comes from a machinima web series in which there is a war between the skibidi toilets (toilets with a human head emerging from them) and humanoid figures with cameras, speakers and televisions for heads.  Yes, it’s weird.  But popular.  Popular enough for skibidi to be released into the slang of the young where it has little meaning but is a kind of verbal flourish indicating how cool the speaker is.  Skibidi can mean good or bad, depending on context and is often linked with some other word that has the actual content in terms of meaning.  If you are skibidi rizz you have lots of charisma.  If you are skibidi Ohio you are completely daggy.  So spice up your conversation with a few skibidis and see if you can pass for cool.
